Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

Australia Post Standard

  • Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days

Australia Post Express

  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed before 3:30 PM AEST (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak periods (sales, product drops, holidays), dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via Australia Post, depending on the most efficient delivery method.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Australia:

  • Standard: 2–6 business days
  • Express: 1–4 business days

International:

  • Estimated delivery: 5–20 business days

Order Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase:

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details are automatically sent via email or SMS once your order is dispatched
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers
  • Customers must provide a valid residential or business address

International Orders

Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Orders may only be cancelled or modified before dispatch
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed, redirected, or cancelled

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier
  • Pocket Games is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers

If your parcel is:

  • Delayed or missing → we will assist in lodging an investigation
  • Damaged → contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence

Risk & Responsibility

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery
  • Customers must ensure a safe and secure delivery location

Pocket Games is not responsible for:

  • Parcels marked as delivered by the courier
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns

Pocket Games is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
